When we met up with a few members from British indie-folk band, Being Buffalo we started it out with a nice cup of tea and a chat – quintessentially British I know but in many ways I think that is definitely an asset to this band and their brand of indie folk. Plus you get a thumbs up from this blog when you provide milky tea… just saying.
There is something for everyone with their music; from powerful story-telling in their song lyrics for those who like to delve deeper into the music to catchy melodies and lustrous harmonies for those who prefer to hum along. Being Buffalo have got some exciting prospects for 2013 and between them they have played on many venues both big and small, supported popular musicians, toured all over the place and most probably drunk an impressive number of cups of tea. It is highly likely you will be hearing more from this band. Have a watch of the interview below to find out more about the band and then check out the live performance of 78!
