Newton Faulkner’s fourth studio album was just released yesterday. Studio Zoo was an interesting project for Faulkner and fans alike. The whole process of recording the album was streamed live for anyone who fancied tuning in and having a look. He has a home studio in East London (which he mentioned when we interviewed him a few years ago) was set up with four cameras, allowing full access for 5 weeks. It was done very organically with no producer or engineer, just Faulkner and a few surprise guests. Glad to see he put the home studio to full use!
The album consists of 13 tracks with the deluxe edition having 17 tracks. Have a listen to Losing Ground below. You can stream the full album on The Telegraph before you decide you want to buy the album!
